§ 113.10 COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS.
   (A)   Gas and oil and all other combustible material shall be stored in a building of fire-proof construction, which shall be constructed in full compliance with all applicable provisions of this code and state law.
   (B)   Upon being stored or placed in the junk yard, all gas and oil shall be drained from vehicles and stored.
