§ 113.07 ENCLOSURE REQUIRED.

All junk yards shall be enclosed by a wire or metal fence of a minimum height of six feet, protected by gates which may be locked, and shall be locked when an attendant is not present. The plans for construction of the fence and gates shall be first submitted to the Chief Executive Officer of the municipality, and approved by him or her.
