§ 113.05 RECORDS REQUIRED.
   Any person or corporation operating or maintaining a junk yard shall keep records on each article of junk, which will show the following:
   (A)   Description of junk;
   (B)   Person or corporation from whom obtained; and
   (C)   Serial or motor number, if any.
