§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   The violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor punishable by fine of an amount set by Council from time to time and imprisonment of up to 30 days.
   (B)   The existence of this penalty is exclusive of civil remedies for enforcement as otherwise provided by law.
