§ 111.13 SERVICES PRESENTLY PROVIDED.
   Any person, firm or corporation which is providing CATV service at the time of the adoption of this chapter shall not be deemed to be in violation of this chapter until such time as a franchise is issued pursuant to this chapter for the area in which the person, firm or corporation without a franchise is operating.
