§ 93.06 REMOVAL OF NUISANCE MOTOR VEHICLES AUTHORIZED.
   (A)   Upon investigation, proper authorizing officials of the town may determine and declare that a vehicle is a health or safety hazard and a nuisance vehicle, as defined herein, and order the vehicle removed.
   (B)   Notice of the determinations made by the official may be combined with any other notices required under this chapter, or other town ordinances, and provided to the registered owner or person entitled to possession of the motor vehicle and/or the owner, lessee or occupant of the real property in the same manner set forth in §§ 93.09 and 93.10.
