(A) The Town Administrator and the Planner are primarily responsible for the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. From time to time, the Town Administrator may designate or authorize other officials to administer and enforce this chapter.
(B) The town, on an annual basis, may contract with private tow truck operators or towing and vehicle storage businesses to remove, store and dispose of abandoned vehicles, nuisance vehicles and junked vehicles in compliance with this chapter and applicable state laws.
