725.07 SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS.

Nothing in this chapter shall prevent the Village from entering into a settlement of any and all claims against a responsible party and in all events, the officers of the municipal corporation shall consider the responsible party status as a taxpayer to the Village when considering any award for reimbursement.
