Equipment required for an unconventional vehicle to be operated within the Village Corporation Limits shall comply with the inspection requirements set forth by the Ohio Administrative Code and the Ohio Revised Code governing the equipment, inspection, certification and operation of motor vehicles and unconventional vehicles. Depending on the availability of Village resources, equipment inspection services may be offered by the Village of Russells Point Police Department and the fee for such service is set by Council in the Schedule of Rates and Fees.
