1317.99 PENALTY.

Failure to comply with this chapter is a violation of same with each day of noncompliance being a separate chargeable offense. Failure to comply shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Citations may be issued from the Mayor's office upon the Mayor's receipt of notice of any violation.
