Certain documents are on file in the office of the Village Clerk of the Village of Russells Point, being marked and designated as The Residential Code of Ohio, and are hereby adopted as the Residential Building Code of the Village of Russells Point, in the State of Ohio for control of buildings and structures as herein provided, and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of all adopted. Codes are hereby referred to adopted, and made a part thereof, as if fully set out in this section, and all subsequent amendments.
