Chapter 4733-37, Minimum Standards For Boundary Surveys In The State of Ohio as adopted by the Ohio State Board of Registration for professional engineers and surveyors shall apply to the setting of monuments. The subdivider shall have his surveyor certify to the Village Engineer, after construction is complete, that all permanent markers have been set and are on the date of his certification physically in place.
