The subdivider shall design and construct improvements not less than the standards outlined in these regulations. The work shall be done under Village supervision and inspection and shall be completed within the time fixed or agreed upon by the Village Engineer. Materials shall meet the requirements and shall be in accordance with the standards of the current volume of "Construction and Material Specifications" of the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation.
