§ 30.02 MEMBERSHIP; ELECTION; TERMS OF OFFICE.
   (A)   Membership. The City Council shall be composed of three members elected from election districts sited herein and two members at-large.

   (B)   Election. Three members shall be elected by voters residing within designated election districts and two members shall be elected by voters of the whole city.

   (C)   Term of office. The term of office for City Council members is four years beginning at noon on January 1, after his or her election and continuing until a successor(s) is elected and qualified.
