Annexations and disannexations are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as fully as if the same were attached hereto and incorporated herein, and as filed in the offices of the Rush County Auditor and Recorder, and in the City Hall of Rushville, Indiana. Two copies of the references are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer for public inspection.
