§ 34.89 DRAINAGE NON-REVERTING FUND.

The Common Council finds that a Drainage Non–Reverting Fund, to be utilized for storm drainage related improvements shall be created. Those improvements can include, but are not limited to, the following:

Property acquisition

Drainage (hydrology) study

Right-of-way/easement acquisition

Project infrastructure

Hiring of contractors

Legal fees

GIS development/updating

Design/planning/engineering

Project related labor and material.
