§ 91.03 ANIMAL SHELTER DIRECTOR.
   There shall be appointed by the Mayor a person to act as the Director of the animal shelter and Animal Control Department. He or she shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and shall serve at a salary to be set by the Mayor, subject to the approval of City Council. The Director shall be under direct control of the Mayor.
