§ 50.03 PRIORITY OF UTILITY PAYMENTS.
   City Council has determined it is necessary to provide for a priority when monthly partial payment on water, sewer, and trash fees are paid by customers of these utilities. Partial payments paid by utility customers shall be applied as follows:
   (A)   Trash;
   (B)   Water; and
   (C)   Sewer.
