§ 32.125 DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CREATION.
   Development shall be under the control of a Commission created pursuant to I.C. 36-7-12-1 et seq., which Commission shall be known as the Rushville Economic Development Commission.
