(A) The City of Rushville, Indiana Subdivision Control Ordinance is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as fully as if the same were attached hereto and incorporated herein, and is available for public inspection in the Clerk-Treasurer's office. Personal and professional copies may be obtained at the Rush County Area Plan Commission.
