§ 150.32 FEE SCHEDULE.
   The fees to be charged by and paid to the City of Rushville’s City Clerk-Treasurer’s Office for various permits and inspections shall be implemented as follows:
   (A)   Phase 1. The following shall pay the prescribed fees; obtain a building permit and inspections performed as of July 1, 2014 and its amendments at the passing which is September 17, 2019:
