§ 112.01 REGISTRATION; FEE.
   Pursuant to I.C. 24-4-19-13, the Police Department shall register precious metal dealers and shall collect a registration fee of $50. The registration must include the name of the precious metal dealer, the address of the permanent place of business, and any other information required by the Police Department. The fee shall be placed in the Law Enforcement Continuing Education (LECE) Fund.
