§ 111.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, or company, to locate, establish, or carry on any branch store, or establishment, or department store, or any other concern established in the city for temporary business only, without first procuring from the Clerk-Treasurer of the city a license so to do.
