§ 95.22 UNCOVERING WATER MAINS; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   Prohibitions. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, except the Water Works Department to uncover any water main, or open any water service ditches, between any water mains and a the curb line of any street, alley or public way in said City, or to open or close a street valve or service cock, or take up or dig about any service boxes, pipes, or service cock belonging to the city.

   (B)   Exceptions. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to remove any manhole or catch-basin tops which are part of the sewer system of the city, except if such person, firm, or corporation is employed by the city for the purpose of cleaning, repairing, or inspecting the sewers.
