§ 95.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CONTRACTOR. Any person, corporation or entity performing the work.
   LANDOWNER. Any person who owns or controls the easements, right-of-way or land upon which the work is performed.
