(A) Any violation of § 94.01(A), (B), or (C) shall constitute a Class C infraction. In addition, any person found guilty of violating § 94.01(A), (B), or (C) shall also be liable in a civil action commenced by the city for the true costs of repair for damage caused by any person to the levee as well as court costs and attorneys fees to prosecute such an action.
(B) Any person who violates § 94.01(D) shall be guilty of a Class C infraction. In addition, any person found guilty of violating § 94.01(D) shall also be liable in a civil action commenced by the city for the true costs of repair for any damage caused by any person to the levee as well as court costs and attorney fees to prosecute such an action.
