§ 94.04 PETS IN PARKS.
   (A)   All pets are to be on a least while in any city park at all times.
   (B)   Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all pet waste.
   (C)   The Parks Department will furnish disposal containers in all city parks.
