The Common Council hereby establishes the following rental charges and provisions to rent space for venue events in Riverside Park.
(A) Not-for-profit: No cost.
Space size: 10 ft. x 10 ft. or 10 ft. x 15 ft.
(B) All other persons, organizations, and the like can choose from the following:
10 ft. x 10 ft. $30
10 ft. x 15 ft. $40
10 ft. x 20 ft. $50
(C) Single space for cars, trucks, boats and the like: 9 ft. x 15 ft. $25
(D) All large rigs (semi) will have space of 10 ft. x 60 ft. $100
(E) Food vendors (with eating area) will have space of 20 ft. x 30 ft. $75
(F) If electricity is needed an additional charge of $10 will be added per space.
(G) A large show arena will be provided with electricity.
(H) All spaces will be laid out by the Parks Department.
(I) Such rental fees shall be for up to one day for a same day event.
(J) Payment of the rental fee charge shall be made at the time the space is reserved for use at City Hall, 133 W. First Street, Rushville, Indiana.
