§ 93.152 DISPOSITION OF FEE/FINES; MONIES COLLECTED.
   (A)   Monies generated from fee, fine or damage award collected pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in the Fire Prevention Enforcement Fund.
   (B)   Monies deposited in the Fire Prevention Enforcement Fund shall be used by the Fire Department to pay for education, training, and enforcement material required by the personnel of the Fire Department.
