§ 93.145 BUILDING PERMIT.
   (A)   No building permit for the construction or alteration, addition or change of occupancy to a Class 1 Structure shall be issued by the Code Enforcement Department without the prior life safety plan review of the Fire Chief, or his or her designee.
   (B)   All information deemed necessary for a complete life safety plan review shall be submitted by the design professional upon request prior to release of the building permit.
   (C)   No building permit shall be issued by the Code Enforcement Department until such time that notification has been received from the water utility having jurisdiction for a project stating the water mains have been accepted and are in service; and the fire hydrant connections and locations have been approved by the Fire Chief or his or her designee.
   (D)   No building permit shall be issued by the Code Enforcement Department until such time that notification has been received by the Fire Department indicating that fire apparatus access roads have been constructed and approved; and the temporary or permanent street signs have been installed.
   (E)   No improvement location permit (ILP) shall be issued by the Planning Department until such time that the Fire Chief, or his or her designee, has received approved site and utility plans for all projects that require approval.
