§ 93.121 ACCEPTANCE TEST.
   Prior to the issuance of the certificate of occupancy for a newly-constructed, renovated, remodeled or change of occupancy of a Class 1 Structure, the Fire Department is required to witness a successful acceptance or performance test in accordance with the appropriate installation standard or manufacturer's specifications for the following systems:
   (A)   Fire alarm system;
   (B)   Sprinkler and standpipe system;
   (C)   Special hazard fire suppression system;
   (D)   Private fire service underground piping hydrostatic test and flush;
   (E)   Fire pump;
   (F)   Smoke control system;
   (G)   Above-ground piping hydrostatic test;
   (H)   Emergency lighting system;
   (I)   Underground storage tank tightness test; and
   (J)   Grease duct leakage test (Type 1 Hood Exhaust System).
