§ 93.106 FIRE EXTINGUISHERS.

(A) Portable fire extinguishers shall be installed and maintained in all Class 1 Structures as set forth in the NFPA 10, edition as adopted by the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission.

(B) In all Group R-2 occupancies, a 2A:20B:C rated fire extinguisher shall be required in each unit or placed at intervals not to exceed 75 feet maximum travel distance from each unit in all common areas on each level.
