§ 93.064 KEY BOXES OR RAPID ENTRY KEY BOX.
   Any new Class 1 Structure that is protected by an automatic sprinkler system or fire alarm system which sends a local or transmitted signal, and access to, or within such structure, or an area on that property is unduly difficult because of secure openings, and where immediate access is necessary for lifesaving or firefighting purposes or property preservation, the Fire Chief, or his or her designee, shall require a key box or other rapid entry product to be installed in an approved location(s). The key box or rapid entry product manufacturer must be approved by the Fire Chief, or his or her designee.
