§ 93.047 COMPLIANCE AFFIDAVIT SIGNATURE.
   It is a violation of this fire prevention chapter for a person, firm, or corporation to willfully and knowingly sign a compliance affidavit card or other compliance affidavit document attesting that a code violation has been corrected when such person, firm, or corporation has actual knowledge that the code violation has not been corrected.
