§ 93.037 LIABILITY.
   At no time will the Fire Department or any of its agents be responsible for any damages resulting in an emergency entry. The Fire Department will notify the owner, occupant, or tenant of such an event and it will be the responsibility of the owner, occupant, or tenant to assure that the building is re-secured.
