Pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 9-22-1-13(b), the city now establishes the market value of $500 or less for determining which abandoned vehicles or parts may be disposed of by the enforcement authority without tagging the motor vehicle and giving 72-hour notice of its proposed removal to the title owner of record.
