§ 71.01 NO PARKING ZONES DESIGNATED.
   The Street Commissioner for the city shall be authorized to designate no parking zone areas in the city and the areas shall be designated by a sign and by yellow paint. Every person receiving a ticket for the violation of the no-parking areas shall be fined as set forth in § 71.99.
