§ 70.10 EXHAUST BRAKING SYSTEMS/DEVICES PROHIBITED.

(A) It shall be unlawful for motorists to utilize exhaust braking systems/devices (Jake Brakes), within the confines of the city and that notice of such ordinance, signage, shall be placed at the city limits and at each state road leading thereunto.

(B) Violation of this section shall be punishable as a Class “C” Infraction.
