Water service to any consumer may be discontinued for the following reasons:
(A) Wasting or improper use after same has been called to his or her attention.
(B) Refusal to pay bills within prescribed time.
(C) Interfering with or destroying any water appurtenances or appliances belonging to the city.
(D) Violations of the sanitary sewer ordinance discharge standards and/or sanitary sewer use ordinance provisions, being Chapter 53 of this code.
(E) Failure to or refusal to comply with General Rules and Regulations or orders of the Utility Superintendent.
(F) Repairs.
