(A) When a meter fails to register for any reason, charges for that period shall be based upon the average consumption for the past six months.
(B) Remote meter readers are available to all customers at an additional charge of time and materials, The city shall retain ownership of these meters and meters may be provided if determined necessary by the Utility Superintendent.
