§ 52.08 METER INSTALLATIONS.
   (A)   All one inch or less service lines and meters shall be installed by the utility. All service lines and meters over one inch in size may be installed by the utility if requested by the utility customer. The Utility Superintendent shall establish a schedule of user surcharge for said installations, subject to the prior approval of the Utility Service Board from time to time and the schedule shall be posted by leaflet and be available to the general public at the office of the Utility Superintendent.

   (B)   Consumers shall agree to permit and shall permit the utility to remove meters from time to time as the utility deems necessary, at no charge to consumer.
   (C)   Old meter installations may be changed by the utility, charging time, materials and cost or electricity.
   (D)   Repair costs for damage resulting from hot water or heat (to meters) will be paid by the consumer.
   (E)   The utility may require the consumer to place check valves and relief valves or other protective devices in the line to prevent damage to meter.
   (F)   Right of inspection. The authorized representatives of the utility have the right to enter upon the premises at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspecting, reading meters, or other duties in connection with the operation of the utility.
