§ 50.01 CITY UTILITIES REMOVED FROM STATE JURISDICTION.
   The Rushville City Utilities are hereby removed from the jurisdiction of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval of rates, charges, and evidence of indebtedness.
