§ 35.01 NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY.
   (A)   Any individual who feels that he or she has been discriminated against or aggrieved in any way, by any action or inaction on the part of the city administration, shall contact the City's Coordinator, by calling (317) 932-3735 or by writing to 133 West First Street, Rushville, Indiana.
   (B)   The Coordinator shall immediately relay the grievance to the Mayor. The Mayor shall take action within 30 days, to alleviate any discriminatory acts. If no action is taken by the Mayor within 30 days, the aggrieved person should appeal to the City Council.
   (C)   All individuals who wish to have special assistance in regards to public meetings, shall contact the Coordinator and make their request known at least five days prior to regularly scheduled meetings. Twenty-four-hour notice must be given prior to specially called meetings of the City Council if an individual should require special assistance to attend these special meetings.
