§ 34.83 SPECIAL PROJECT FUNDS.

(A) The Common Council has determined that it is necessary for the benefit of their citizens to create a non-reverting fund to hold funds for the completion of special projects.

(B) A non-reverting fund is established to hold funds for the completion of special projects.
