§ 34.63 PARK AND RECREATION NON-REVERTING OPERATING FUNDS.
   (A)   All fees and monies received by the Parks and Recreation Department from the use of the city swimming pool shall be thereafter deposited into a special, non-reverting operating fund. The funds shall include all rental fees from rental of all equipment, buildings, concession sales and any other revenues generated by the operation of the new city swimming pool.
   (B)   Any fees and monies received from the Rush County Youth Football League for the football field, the softball diamond lease agreement with Rush County Schools and the softball diamond lease agreement, and with Men’s Softball League, for which such leases refer to a maintenance fund, shall be deposited into the special non-reverting fund for maintenance purposes for the Rush County Youth Football for the community park former football field and the diamond used by the Rush County School and the Rush County Men’s Softball League for softball purposes.
   (C)   (1)   A special non-reverting operating fund for the Booker T. Washington Center shall be established for the Parks and Recreation Department for purposes of collecting rental money and from which expenditures may be made pursuant to I.C. 36-10-3-22.
      (2)   All fees and monies received from the rental of the Booker T. Washington Center by the Parks and Recreation Department shall be deposited into this special non-reverting operating fund. These fees include sale of surplus property.
      (3)   The fees and monies deposited in the special non-reverting fund for the Booker T. Washington Center, Parks and Recreation Department, shall be used to operate and pay expenditures for parks and recreation.
      (4)   Monies received from the sale of surplus property or from fees shall be deposited at least once a month with the Clerk-Treasurer pursuant to I.C. 36-10-5-1 et seq.
