§ 34.59 DONATIONS FUND.
   (A)   The City Council has permitted the city to receive donations from private individuals and organizations.
   (B)   The City Council resolves to establish a non-reverting fund to hold these donations.
   (C)   The City Council hereby creates this fund, and limits the use of these funds for the purposes of the specified donation.
