APPENDIX A: CITY OF RUSHVILLE CREDIT CARDS

Gas Credit Cards

Each city vehicle shall have a gas credit card to be kept in the vehicle.

Governmental Credit Card

Each department head may have a credit card for use up to $1,000.   Animal Control Department Fire Department Park and Recreation Department Police Department Sanitation/Street Department Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer

Wal Mart Cards   Animal Control Department Fire Department Park and Recreation Department Police Department Sanitation/Street Department Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer

CVS Cards   Fire Department Police Department

Sam’s Club Cards   Park and Recreation Department Police Department

Staples Card   One card for all departments to use.

Sears Card   Park and Recreation Department

Orschein Card   Park and Recreation Department Animal Control Department

Home Depot Card   Park and Recreation Department

All cards other than gas cards are kept at the Clerk-Treasurer's Office and will be signed out
