§ 33.02 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Requirement. Except as otherwise provided in this section, all employees of the city shall reside within Rush County, Indiana, within six months of their appointment.
   (B)   Exception. Except as otherwise provided in this section, all fire and police personnel shall reside within Rush County, Indiana, or in a county contiguous to Rush County, within six months of their appointment.
