§ 33.01 ADOPTION OF PERSONNEL DOCUMENTS AND PUBLICATIONS.
   (A)   Terms and conditions of employment. Terms and conditions of employment of city personnel shall be established and maintained as set out in the following city personnel documents and publications:
      (1)   "Rules and Regulations Governing the Rushville Fire Department;" March, 1980; Board of Works and Public Safety;
      (2)   "Rules and Regulations Governing the Park Department;"
      (3)   "Rules and Regulations Governing the Street and Sanitation Department;" March, 1980; Board of Works and Public Safety;
      (4)   "Policy and Procedures - Rushville Police Department;"
      (5)   Ordinance 1982-14, passed 12-16-1982; i.e. mandatory retirement.
      (6)   Board of Works and Public Safety Minutes, 10-04-1977; i.e. residency requirements (amended as set forth in § 33.02);
      (7)   Board of Works and Public Safety Minutes, 6-04-1983; i.e. clothing allowance;
      (8)   Ordinance 743, passed 2-6-1934; Fire Chief appointment;
      (9)   Ordinance 1984-1, passed 1-17-1984; Police Reserve Force established;
      (10)   Ordinance 1984-6, passed 6-19-1984, amending Ordinance 1984-1; i.e. medical and hospitalization insurance for Police-Reserve Force;
      (11)   Ordinance 1984-9, passed 9-13-1984; i.e. medical and residence requirements for Police and Fire Departments;
      (12)   Resolution 1984-23, passed 9-13-1984; i.e. clothing allowance for Police and Fire;
      (13)   “City Utilities Personnel Policy and Procedures;”
      (14)   Ordinance 2006-11, passed 6-20-2006; Drug and alcohol policy;
      (15)   Ordinance 2012-6, passed 3- 6-2012 and Ordinance 2012-16, passed 7-17-2012; amending Policy and Procedure Manual; and
      (16)   Ordinance 2015-8, passed 8- 18-2015; i.e. establishing and adopting an amended drug and alcohol policy.
   (B)   The above documents and publications are hereby adopted by reference, as if fully set out herein. Copies of such references are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer for public inspection.
