§ 32.72 TERMS.
   In addition to the term in formation set forth above, the initial terms of office for the citizen members shall be for the following periods.
   (A)   One for a term of one year.
   (B)   One for a term of two years.
   (C)   One for a term of three years.
   (D)   One for a term of four years.
